Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow an existing business of electrical equipment supplies and execution
for industrial, commercial and domestic projects
- Evaluate market opportunities, generate business leads, make client presentations
and convert opportunities into business
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Stay abreast of market developments and technology developments related to
products and equipment being dealt with
- Understand client requirement and source equipment accordingly
- Place orders for procurement backed by client contracts
- Plan and monitor logistics from source of procurement to client site
- Manage outlets / showrooms for displaying equipment and establishing strong
business presence
- Manage, coach and guide the team
- Regular and accurate reporting to the management on timely basis
- Make presentations and MIS sheets to be presented to the management
- Assist in maintain books of accounts for the business
Key Requirements:
- Electrical engineer with 5 to 10-year experience in business development, sourcing
and logistics of electrical equipment
- Should have demonstrated experience of working on industrial, commercial and
domestic projects
- Should have a good understanding of MEP market and technology related to
electrical equipment used at projects
- Should have demonstrated experience of sourcing including placing orders and
managing logistics with regards to delivery
- High level of integrity, honesty and commitment
