Job Description

  • Collaborating with the senior management team in improving and executing strategies and processes, accomplishing corporate goals and profitability for the company.
  • Managing entire reporting & costing including individual P&Ls, consolidation of MIS, and board reporting.
  • Vendor Negotiations
  • Designing & upgrading systems, implementing processes, streamlining mechanisms, and ensuring high level of control.
  • Performing costing & accounting functions and monitoring inter-company financial transactions.
  • Steering the annual overhead allocation and standard cost roll.
  • Participating in commercial evaluation of new projects, new business lines on-boarding, acquisitions.
  • Arranging Bank Finances
  • Liaising with external auditors to manage the audit cycle.
  • Managing the entire Taxation, GST, Income tax etc
  • Managing a team of 4-5 people reporting to him handling each of these task
  • Experience in Financial controlling and compliance in the BFSI sector, preferably in a securities set up.
