Job Description

1. Preparation and finalization of Quarterly and Annually accounts in IND As and IGAAP
2. Preparation Annual accounts along with all the relevant notes and schedules.
3. Preparation annual audit and coordinate with auditors and providing the required details and
4. Preparation/implementation of IFC and other supporting documents for statutory audit.
5. Completion of Internal Audit & Cost Audit report.
6. Preparation/conversion of Accounts under Ind- As
7. Preparation of MIS report.
8. Consolidation of accounts.
9. Provide required details and data to Tax Auditors.
10. Ensure that Tax Audit report and Income tax return file on time/before due date
11. Preparation of data for Income tax Assessment/ Service tax Assessment.
12. Ensure that books of accounting maintain properly.
13. Ensure timely deposit of statutory dues like TDS, Service Tax, Provident Fund, PT etc.
14. Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and other Consultant etc.
15. Ledger Scrutiny of Accounts ledger.
16. Any other work
